Fine Eats In SG

Tucked away and a little challenging to locate within Esplanade.

Sin-mod's an interesting dining affair for a local. You kind of know the tastes, but you kinda don't know what to expect. Which, I guess builds the anticipation and gives the experience a little more fun.

Restaurant Labyrinth is on the whole a good place to dine, however, service does not quite work with the food. Plate clearing was super rushed - I felt like I couldn't breathe coz of the speed of clearing. Staff didn't know what was in the dish - which, to me is a big no no. Generally good but will consider twice, maybe thrice before heading back coz of their service.

On the overall:
Food: Good with surprises

Ambience: Not the best considering price point (think, lights in your eyes)

Service: Well meaning staff but may not be trained (not sure what's in the meal, rushing to clear plates at the very second you are done)
