silky kueh teow in a thick and dark gravy with hefty chunks of beef! 🍜🥩
the uncle recommended me to get the dry version over soup for dine in 🤤 The sauce is unlike your usual beef noodle gravy where it was much darker and less starchy. it reminded me of a cross between cheecheongfun sauce and zhajiangmian sauce LOL. still, it was a little too salty for me and i had to dilute it with the soup! the beef was tender and moist, pretty yummy but not anything very special 😋 kway teow was kway teow but they were a little choppy and short. portion was laaarge, i couldn’t finish it all 😖
