Loved the option of going half half, allowing us to try two flavours. Pizza was blow-torched at the table, giving it a crisp finish and melty cheese. Generously topped with ingredients for a satisfying bite

Lamb kofta ($19) - Hearty wrap with marinated and tender lamb kofta, paired with crunchy romaine lettuce, juicy tomato, slice onion, and tzatziki sauce.

Mixed seafood grill ($59) - Great for sharing around, this was a hearty seafood spread with marinated grilled salmon, fish fillet, squid (enjoyed this!), king prawns, green mussels and roasted sweet potato

Greek grilled chicken ($24) - Tender and flavourful chicken served with homemade chimichurri and peri-peri sauce. Paired with fresh Greek salad and hummus

The gelato was decently large scoops for the price (made even more worth it with 1-1 on @burpple). Roasted black sesame was natural, not sweet, rich and earthy goodness; would recommend for bsm lovers! Enjoyed the inclusion of toasted sesame seeds for added texture although it did compromise on smoothness and creaminess. The gula melaka was creamier and fragrant without being too sweet.

𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐨 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭 (4 ⭐️; $10.40) - Rich and nutty goodness with smooth ganache and generous crunchy crushed nuts in a firm and crisp tart. More straightforward and a tad pricey for the size.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 (4.5 ⭐️; $9.20) - As a fan of matcha, this impressed in its earthy bittersweetness and umami notes, with refreshing and not overpowering mix with the creamcheese. Also loved the crunch from the matcha shortbread.

Redeemed 1-1 with burpple beyond and enjoyed the crispy, flaky spiral layers with generous chocolate chips. Catch them at artbox this and next weekend!

Cosy new spot in Everton for ice cream, made affordable with the 1-1 discount. Not too sweet and rich in the stated flavour. Had the refreshing mango sorbet and Christmas special chocolate gingerbread with distinct ginger and cinnamon flavour

The plant-based burgers taste as good as the real deal with double impossible beef patty, melted cheese, and secret sauce. Richly flavoured with juicy middle and slight char on the edges. Besides the stringy texture and reduced meaty flavour, it’s quite hard to tell apart from real beef unless paying close attention. Available as part of a burpple beyond set that comes with crispy thin cut fries and coke or alacarte at $16.

An overall highly satisfying and filling meal, but did wish for some fresh greens to cut through the richness.

1-1 mains: Enjoyed the Bikini sandwich (3.5 ⭐️; $13) that was classic ham and cheese done well in perfectly toasted bread. Did find it too rich when paired with chips and would have preferred it with salad. The smoked salmon bagel (3 ⭐️; $14) was unfortunately tough.

🍴Former BBT shop Cha Nung has rebranded and introduced taiwanese food at affordable prices (mains from $7.90), made more value-for-money with @burpple beyond. Each set comes with two mains and two bubble teas.

We enjoyed both our chosen mains that were classic taiwanese fare done well in being flavourful and hearty. Have always been a fan of 卤肉饭 (braised pork rice) and theirs had well-marinated pork and rice with good lean meat:fat ratio, alongside fresh carrot and cucumber. The 牛肉汤 beef soup noodle (+$1 to the set) had ultra tender beef pieces and thin-cut light noodles (almost beancurd-like) in a fragrant beef stock with light spicy undertones.

The signature milk tea was a tad too milky, and would have preferred stronger tea notes. The passionfruit green tea was refreshing and tangy with a bittersweet profile.
