Soft-crispy outer with a chewy inner. Churros wasn't oily much and the texture was good. Comes with a scoop of ice cream, a small scoop of crunchy hazelnut and melty bittersweet chocolate sauce dips.

Be awed by this umami and slurpy spaghetti cooked in thick pomodoro sauce, where you get to savour sweet and tender Argentinian prawn, crabmeat and clams within. Crispy garlic was added at the end to enhance the flavours. I like how each strand of noodles was coated thoroughly to keep it oily moist and have the full flavour.

Smooth, crispy, plumpy, battered fish paired with shredded cabbage and pineapple salsa, drizzled with tartar sauce, then lay over on a piece of flour tortilla. Simple joy starts from taco. Help yourself with a few drops of hot sauce to feel the heat.๐Ÿ”ฅ

As the name suggest, its a "three milk" cake.
Unique spiced chocolate sponge cake decorated with whipped cream, candied pistochio and berries compote. Sweet, moist and dense milkiness. The sponge absorbed the milk perfectly but I felt it kind of over-soaked as it was kind of soggy and disintegrate easily.
Nonetheless, it was still quite interesting to have.

Basically means Mexican rice with marinated grilled chicken. With the addition of crispy capers to give a distinct briny profile, and piquillo peppers for a hints of sweet and smoky flavour. The flavours of each ingredients complement well with each other. Its like eating risotto with a Latin American twist.

Succulent chicharron(Deep-fried pork belly) with melted cheddar cheese wrapped within flour tortilla. Served with refreshing pineapple salsa. Meat were fatty, juicy and well-seasoned. Salsa to add a sweet tangy taste to it.

Classic char-grilled sweet corn on the cob topped with milky cotija cheese, mexican smoked chilli mayo, parsley and parikipa powder. The corn had a beautiful light char taste and had the right moisture retained. Mmmunch... Mmmunch... Yum...

Fresh crunchy baby romaine lettuce, juicy cherry tomato, sliced red onion, anchovy and hard boiled egg tossed in rich, tangy & salty anchovy dressing; then dusted with a load of parmesan cheese and topped with a big handful of crispy croutons.
Cheesy yet refreshing too and I love the super crunchy croutons, it really added texture to the dish.

Fresh crunchy baby romaine lettuce, juicy cherry tomato, sliced red onion, anchovy and hard boiled egg tossed in rich, tangy & salty anchovy dressing; then dusted with a load of parmesan cheese and topped with a big handful of crispy croutons.
Cheesy yet refreshing too and I love the super crunchy croutons, it really added texture to the dish.
