✨Soft Shell Crab Bao✨
Singapore is well associated with our worldwide famous chilli crab 🦀 It is not considered a local restaurant if they don’t serve something similar to this dish right?🤪 This dish is a nice spin to our classic chilli crab, combining all of the food that we usually eat with crab like bao and chilli sauce, but changing the crab to soft shell crab! This was a genius idea as soft shell crab has a nice crunch with a little crab meat. And with the overflowing chilli crab sauce, this is definitely one of the best local bar food I have tried💯

✨Oyster Casino✨
The oysters were 𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑛𝑖𝑓𝑖𝑞𝑢𝑒! Not only was it big and juicy, they were also really generous with the shallots! There is an interesting twist to this oyster as they added Thai Nam Prik Chilli Paste, instead of the usual tobasco sauce. It is much spicier and taste more traditional as they have ingredients like garlic and chilli peppers. Order this if you are an oyster fan!

✨Stuffed Seafood Lychee✨
When I saw this, I knew I had to order this! As they stuff it into a ball, the one bite that you take has all the flavours mixed together and it is blends well together! The batter was a little thick, but this is a great small plate, especially with a drink🍸

✨Cantonese-Style Pan Seared Seabass✨
The seabass was cooked to perfection👌🏻 Flavouring was not too salty, just like a home cooked meal, and the seabass was smooth and tender😌 It is slightly expensive for just a fish and I would probably recommend ordering something else that is more unique.

✨Beef Striploin✨
The striploin is soft and chewy, but there’s slightly too much fat with it. I’m also not a huge fan of chimichurri and would actually prefer to eat my steak with classic wine or dark sauce😋
