Simple
Still my favourite place for poke
Hands down my favourite place for western style brunch in SG. Though everything here is super pricy and as such the last time we came was pre covid. Cafe reminds me of Melbourne. Scrambled eggs beautifully cooked, smooth and creamy, not too watery or lumpy.
Got this for free one day as a nice sponsor gifted these to my workplace. Oh m gee this is so good. Can’t decide whether I like their white magic or this more haha
Ragout - homely, flavourful, comforting
Carbonara - yummy but a bit jelak after a few bites
Don’t usually like to eat pasta outside cause I feel like I can cook it myself at home for cheaper. But this restaurant’s pasta is more affordable than most especially considering its location (though still a tad pricy). Vongole was simple but delicious, loved the fragrance of the white wine. Scallops perfectly cooked, nicely charred on the outside and tender in the middle. We also tried the ragout and carbonara. Like how you can choose the type of pasta here too.
Sausage flavourful, poached eggs perfectly cooked. Only downside is the baked beans - cause I hate baked beans
Healthy and filling. Spicy salmon and spicy tuna are my favourites and well marinated. Love the free flow kimchi and wakame too
Yummy chicken based ramen that feels healthier than the usual tonkotsu. Love the yuzu citrusy taste of the broth too
Salmon nice and fresh and the spicy salmon hits all the right spots. They have nice and cheapish cocktails too- tried the daiquiri. Be prepared to queue unless you’ve made a reservation
Tried it for the hype. Nice coffee but other places sell similarly nice coffee for cheaper. $8 for a cup of coffee is semi daylight robbery haha
