Good for Groups
[CITY HALL, SINGAPORE] If you like to see mountains of juicy tender fried chicken, then please come here 😍 we were all like "omg why is the chicken so juicy??"
I've had Daily Chicken before, and the fried chicken here is equally as impressive. The Honey Glazed Whole Chicken 🍗 ($34) was huge, and each piece was full of tender juicy meat. The skin was still crispy, and the sauce had an addictive honey richness.
We got another half Soy Garlic half Red Spicy Whole Chicken 🐔 ($35) and once we looked at its size we knew we over ordered 😂 while the red spicy flavour delivered its heat, the soy garlic flavour was still the best flavour. The sweet and savoury flavours really complemented each other so well.
We order Fish Cake Soup 🍲 ($28) and Spam Fries 🍟 ($16) which were awesome too! Drinks were even better though, I got the Seoul Weizen 🍺 ($13) in a freezing cold mug and it was so darn SHIOK omg. It was really light and refreshing it's MADDD.
I think I've come to either daily chicken or beer thrice in 3 months, so I guess it's many more visits for me in future 😂 @dailychickensg @dailybeersg
[BUGIS, SINGAPORE] If you are craving some solid Korean fried chicken, look no further as @dailychickensg really will deliver. From darn hot crispy juicy fried chicken parts, to delicious sauce and large portions, we left the restaurant really satisfied 🤤
Their Daily Bone-in Whole Chicken 🍗 ($34) can be ordered with 2 flavours, and both their red spicy sauce and crunch flavour were lovely! The red sauce was proper sweet spicy and the crunch flavour had a sweet touch to the chicken. I liked both, as the chicken is really well executed due to its crispy exterior and juicy interior.
If you want a more snackish type of dish, their Dakjeong 🐔 ($18) will do the trick. We got the soy garlic sauce, which turned out to be the best among all the variations. The chicken cubes were so moreish and yet not dry, and the occasional rice cakes and gyoza provided a good break.
Even the Daily Kimbap 🍙 ($12) delivered, with loads of vegetable stuffings and kimchi that was a good in-between break with the heavy tasting chicken dishes!
Portions were huge, food was delicious and affordable, what can I say? Definitely be back again.
[CLARKE QUAY, SINGAPORE] If you want a great time with friends and don't mind spending abit more, @hanjip.sg is honestly a really good option. Think Korean BBQ with solid meats at the perfect doneness and other delicious dishes to enjoy as well!
They have launched a new menu with stews like Spicy Pollock Roe Stew 🍲 ($28) that might seem intimidating, but turn out to be incredibly rich. Their classics like the Seafood Pancake 🐙 ($25) and Stir Fried Chicken with Cheese 🧀 ($35) are still consistently good as crowd pleasers.
They have refreshed their meat menu as well with new Wagyu options, but their USDA Prime Cuts that I've had are really amazing with its tender and juicy flavours.
Do finish up with their Bingsu Shaved Ice 🍧 ($20), and the slight tartness of the mango paired perfectly well with light fluffy milk ice.
They have many ongoing promotions, with free Wagyu Oyster Blade when you reserve via Chope and free A5 Wagyu Ribeye if it's your birthday month. Honestly that's really generous in my opinion 😱

[BUGIS, SINGAPORE] Gather your kakis or friends or whoever because the stir fry pots at @pangpang.sg are so darn satisfying to share 😍
Yes, the crabs in the Signature Crab Pot 🦀 ($78) may look small, but they were incredibly fresh. The meat was actually flaky with a bite to it and it's probably the freshest I've had in a long time! Please add on their prawns as well, as they were really snappy and sweet, evidently incredibly fresh as well. You need to order rice with this, as the sauce is perfect with it. It had a nice aromatic savouriness, with a hint of crab umami 😍
Another must order dish is their Fried Mochi Fritters 🍡 ($8.80), as these come freshly fried with such a satisfying mochi pull. They are not really sweet, so dip hard into the sugary black sesame crumble below. The crunch from the you tiao and chewiness from the mochi is to die for!
They also offer smaller side dishes like Sichuan Spicy Chicken in Red Chilli Oil 🐔($15.80) and Shrimp Paste Bowl 🦐 ($15.80) which were a delight to have as well.
Their service is worth commenting for, as they consistently took care of patrons at every table. Very similar to that from good Chinese restaurants.
Thank you @burpple and @pangpang.sg for the invite 😋 it was an enjoyable experience 😍
[LOYANG, SINGAPORE] It's legit quite a journey to get here, but you will be surprised by how packed this place can get and how good the food is 😍
@oak.n.ember is known for their barbecue meats, and we had the Ultimate Platter 🐷🐮🐔 ($180) which can adequately feed up to 6 people. You get a variety of meats, from smoked beef briskets, to different pork cuts, to BBQ chicken and various sides that you can choose from! While their beef brisket is decent, their pork cuts were SOLID. The pulled pork is probably the best I've had so far; there's almost no resistance and it disintegrated in my mouth. The smoked pork belly had a crispy skin and their pork ribs were really GOATED. Tender, extremely flavourful and you get none of the pork odour.
Their sides were not neglected, even their fries were much better than most places. Crispy on the outside and fluffy within. Mac & cheese was so darn good too, as it was seasoned well and not surfeiting! Even the coleslaw was so good we had to order another one 😂 Mantous are also given and it was perfect with the meats 😍
Wanted to try their Honey Butter Chicken ($10.50) and the batter was so crispy! Succulent chicken within as well, definitely worthy of a beer snack.
This place is really suited for groups or even family dinners (due to the play area provided for kids). There is no bus stop nearby, so you really have to drive here. I feel like the food is quite affordable for its quality and we will definitely come back here again 😍
P.S. Oh how can I forget to talk about their service! The staff were very prompt to our requests and they were attentive as well. Like the little batter they had with us now and then and the constant checks to make sure everything is okay 👍🏻
[CITY HALL, SINGAPORE] we were at @brothbeyond_chijmes recently for a hotpot meal and we were really quite impressed by the quality of ingredients and the service provided by one of the server, Maine 😍
To me, the most important dish in a hotpot is the soup base and Golden Umami Broth 🍲 was the best. It was really rich and provided great flavour for any other hotpot dishes. Many of their dishes were served with dry ice, giving that fancy vibe to elevate your dining. All of the hotpot dishes were of high quality, and I loved Signature Mushroom Pork Ball 🐷 the most.
They serve a plethora of cooked dishes as well, and the one that stole my heart was their Live Boston Lobster Porridge 🦞, which had so much seafood umami! I like the crispy bits as well which added extra texture. The lobster itself was definitely fresh, as it was taken directly from a tank. Wagyu Prata 🥞 was also crispy on the outside and chewy within, with tender meaty filling which provided much flavour!
Thank you @eatwithkeat for the invite and @brothbeyond_chijmes for the food. It was truly exceptional!
