We're so utterly spoilt at @sixthsensepr – look what the lovely @ig_honeybeesweets baked for us! I'm in love with that pretty pink hue, and the flavours of the strawberry and cream cheese work so well in tandem with that moist, fluffy texture.


I wish I was spending Valentine's Day at Sear because I WANT TO EAT THIS. With a similar consistency to paella, this dish of Spanish rice grains cooked in vegetable stock comes bequeathed with chunks of smoky chorizo and fresh lobster.

One of my favourite parts of this dish has got to be the crispy discs of thinly-sliced chorizo – super shiok!!

Coming up exclusively for diners on Valentine's Day (8.30pm seating only), this is a lovely treat of juicy pork belly jazzed up with clementine sorbet, dehydrated orange, and hoisin sauce. My favourite parts of this are hands down the crispy skin and chicharron (essentially pork keropok).


To be offered in the one night-only Valentine's Day menu, these Fine de Claire oysters come dressed with fluffy "tomato cloud" (essentially whisked Roma tomato-infused water) and diced Iberico chorizo.


How the work day on Friday started. Don't know about others, but it sure makes me darn happy when I see a table full of food! 😍


Specially created for Sear's Valentine's Day 3-course menu, this exclusive dessert is a fluffy pink bake sweetened with a warm milk chocolate sauce and macerated strawberries. If you're the type who likes fancy VDay dinners, you can consider booking a table here. And there's an early bird discount if you book before the end of the month!


I am mad excited for this new restaurant to officially open – the first of its kind in Singapore, Boca serves authentic Portuguese cuisine that somehow manages to marry hearty, rustic flavours with refined presentation.

Pictured is the almond and egg pudding, freshly made every three days, served with a heady scoop of homemade Port ice cream.


Would like to chase away the Monday blues with these scrummy (scrumptious + yummy) artisanal cookies, especially the buttery and chocolatey checkerboard ones that melt into a lush mush in the mouth.


Probably the next best thing to Jaan's iconic original. So delish I had to detour for another after dessert.

Not sure if this is the same one that they serve on the regular menu, but boy is this good! Very simple, but faultlessly moist with a non-jarring hit of citrus that fills the mouth.

Not a fan of mushrooms, but this duxelle was really very yummy with its fragrance of thyme and clots of homemade ricotta on multigrain bread.
