Pretty Mini Kuzu Sakura Mochi 🌸 ($3.80). It tastes a lot like sour plum to me, even the flower on top!

Loving the variety of Japanese cuisine Liang Court has to offer!

Look out for their daily specials and their "Just Arrived" menus. Featured here is their Kaisen Don ($33) with no set types of sashimi 🐟 and it is dependent on the day's catch.

So here's the next best option from the revamped menu, Beef Steak 🐮 ($22.50, ala carte). Grilled beef marinated with Shoyu Kouji on hot plate with onion sauce on the side.

My second time at Kanshoku Ramen and I think their original one is nicer than the garlic version.

My Saikoro Steak set costs ($16.80) and it was the only hit for lunch. Mum's Kara Sake Kama set was overly salty and dad's Bara Chirashi took a very long time to serve.
Also, the cacophony of two different music playing, loud chattering and difficulty getting attention of wait staff will make this probably my one and only visit.

Among the four of us, we tried three types of ramen: Kanshoku ($13.90), Black Garlic ($14.90) and Shoyu ($13.90). The original was the nicest. The Black Garlic had only the fragrance but lacking in taste (needed more garlic) and Shoyu tasted kind of peanut-y (not sure why). I also really liked the Yuzu Lemon Tart 🍋 ($6.20) we had for dessert. It was a good balance of sweet and sour.

I loved the chicken wings and premium beef ones! You can choose to add plum salt or curry salt to your sticks for added flavour (though IMO they are good on their own). I also thoroughly enjoyed the garlic fried rice here 👍🏼.

With an additional $2 for a side salad, miso soup and green tea, it is really affordable. If you want something special, the foie gras truffle yakiniku don costs only $19.

As usual, as soon as he saw that Chirashi Don ($45) was on the menu, he had to order it. The dish comprises of premium sashimi on sushi rice. One of the most beautifully plated Chirashi dons IMO.
