From their signature wood fired grills, the 150 days Australian grain fed Black Angus was nicely grilled to medium rare, accompanied with carrot, garlic and confit shallots. I opted for the Béarnaise and Bordelaise sauce. Sadly the Bordelaise was too runny and bland. RM180 per serving.
