Beautiful Mess It’s a mess yes, but isn’t that how eating seafood should be? Had a pretty good time licking all the juice off my hands 👍🏼

Chili Crab Bread Bowl ($97) If you are looking for an unconventional take of our iconic national dish, look no further than this Chili Crab Bread Bowl at Dancing Crab! The 2 live crabs at approximately 700g each, are nicely dissected to be encased within the bread bowl, and can be shared nicely among 4 people (you get 1 pincer each!) if you are ordering some sides or other smaller combos to go along. No doubt you don’t get the pillowy man tous to dip in, but the crispy yet fluffy bread bowl make equally good dipping buddy. And even if the dish looks innovative, the sauce still retains the characteristic of the Singapore chili crab sauce; tangy, spicy (thanks to the chili padi used!), herbaceous from the lemongrass and ginger. What’s different are the pomelo chunks, that enhanced the refreshing taste amidst the heavy flavours in that bowl. Such citrusy with those from oranges are truly welcomed! Might seem a little pricey, but fresh firm crab meat is definitely worth the wow especially when shared. At least we were rather impressed with a different type of chili crab.

Chilli Crab Bread Bowl [$97] Got this at promotional price, I got a huge shock when the waiter delivered this HUGE bowl, cuz it looked so small and meh on the menu!! The bread bowl was unexpectedly crispy, and I totally love it when it's dipped into the chilli crab sauce. Served with 2 crabs, the meat was fresh and tender, I really enjoyed every bit of it :D

PeraMakan at Keppel Club. Located at Level 3, Keppel Club, 10 Bukit Chermin Road, Singapore 109918. Their Signature Nonya Chap Chye $12 😀👍🏼 This is truly a yummy plate of Chap Chye.. Cabbage and chinese dried ingredients braised in delicious homemade bean sauce! This is a simple Nonya dish but they slow-cooked it so well that we can’t stop eating it!! Everything is so soft and infused with the tasty gravy! @peramakansg #hungryunicornsg #peramakan #peramakansg #chapchye #nonyachapchye

PeraMakan at Keppel Club. Located at Level 3, Keppel Club, 10 Bukit Chermin Road, Singapore 109918. We have always enjoyed peranakan food because they all taste so good!! Almost every dish is so delicious! Our favourite is their Ayam Kleo $16.90. A delicious mouth-watering plate of chicken cooked in spicy coconut sauce with a hint of Indian spices!! Chicken is so flavourful and tender, well absorbed of the curry sauce.. These gravy goes so well with a plate of white rice, we often tend to overeat so go slow on their white rice 😀👍🏼 @peramakansg #hungryunicornsg #peramakan #peramakansg #ayamkleo #currychicken

Guilt-free Burgers That Still Pack A Punch! Hans Im Glück ($17) and Birkenwald ($17) Hans Im Glück: The Italians created parma ham and rocket pizza but the Germans are truly ingenious for making this into a burger!! How great it is to be able to satisfy two cravings at one go! 🥰 I really enjoyed this one-of-a-kind burger flavour for its juicy tender beef patty which went super well with the slight bitterness of the fresh rocket and saltiness of the parma ham and parmesan cheese. I like that the burgers here are not too oily and you can enjoy the bread (choice of sourdough or multigrain) au naturale - you know how burger buns are usually just a sponge to soak up all the oil?? NOT HERE! Do try the sweet potato fries too! (Similarly not too oily and jelat, fantastic with the variety of sauces to play around with)

German Burgers They served so fast like a fast food chain! The burgers are decent: we ordered two sets that comes with 1 main, option to choose 1 sides: we got sweet potato fries and salad, and TWO beverages. Yes two.. one iced fruit mocktail and hot tea. What I appreciate most about Hans Im Gluck is the children activity book for my son to colour and play while we dig into our burgers. This is a really kids friendly restaurant. The decor was pretty amazing too. Resembles a picnic in blackforest.

$10.90++ For Cup Of Soup If you go here, choose the buffet - the meat quality is mediocre but at least prices are reasonable. À-la-carte prices are OUTRAGEOUS for the same mediocre meat or worse, the low-quality fish: $44++ for the small sashimi moriawase, or $10.90++ for a tiny cup of kimchi soup (it looks much bigger on the menu photo!). The Filipino receptionists are enthusiastic, but the wait staff are kind of blurred. The wait is long (20 minutes for sashimi) as there are only two ‘chefs’ in the small kitchen. Even with the 1-for-1 Entertainer offer, it’s expensive.
