Wow, am I impressed by the scaling heights of the farm! Veggies are planted in planter boxes and grow in structure that rotates like the 'Singapore Flyer', but at a slower rotation speed. One rotation takes 16 hours to complete. It's also the 'cleanest' farm around. Jack Ng, the founder was an engineer that turned farmer. One of their most popular veg is Nai Bai. I got to see how they are harvested. No squatting needed when you harvest the veggies as the racks can be quickly rotated to your height level during harvesting. The veggies are also very clean, not much soil residue coz of their planting method. You just need a quick rinse when you buy them. Here you see the person harvesting and weighing the veggies then packing it straight to the bag. The veggies are sold exclusively at @FairpriceSG. So if you want to try then, you know where to find it. I like them quickly stir fried with lots of garlic. Yum yum.... Have you tried Sky Greens veggies before?
