Straight up level 7 matcha gelato for me, paired with a slightly sweeter counterpart like hojicha or black goma. Level 7 is priced higher than the others but I'd gladly pay for the extra deep grassiness that I fancy.
i got the level 2 and 3; because previously i got the level 3 and 4 but the level 4 was too strong for me :P even after eating matcha ice cream at 2 more places after this, this store is still our favourite. the matcha flavor here is the strongest and the best part is the ability to choose how strong the matcha flavour is. 🍦⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
