This was a hit. We truly enjoyed our meal here. So apt that it’s called Taste & Memories. It sure evoked lots of happy memories for my family. Memories of our late grandma’s cooking.

Growing up with really good Hakka food, I am very sceptical whenever someone recommends this. No one can make it like my grandma. Well, until last night. When this was served, my cousins and I were all silenced. This tastes as good as our late grandma’s. The yam was nice and tender and the pork belly melt in your mouth good. Flavours were on point too. I am so happy I found this place.
This is a must order when you are at Taste & Memories. The order comes with half a chicken which is so good, served with ginger and you get a bowl of the best chicken soup ever. So clear, full of chicken flavour/essence (no artificial flavouring added), my cousins proclaimed that it’s the best chicken soup they’ve had.
Deep fried pork lard, just imagine eating that alone or with rice, even Noodles is super delicious.
