We got up at 5am to go on a dawn boat ride around Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge and afterwards stopped in Katherine for a late breakfast. We considered an Aussie chain Coffee Club but we had been to one in Darwin. We decided to try this little independent cafe on the main road instead, Finch Cafe! They have a gorgeous little courtyard out the back where you can sit in shady spots and enjoy the fresh, local and organic produce 💕 I kept it super simple with poached eggs on sourdough.
