It's hard to come Australia and not eat their seafood, all locally sourced and so so fresh.
I didn't even look at the menu, and knew I just wanted Fish & Chips.
We were quite surprised that the chillies also tasted much hotter than back home, where the larger reds almost had no kick at all. This made me remember how large red chillis used to taste, that could almost make one cry at its spiciness.
When you get good fresh ingredients, the food indeed taste so much better. #danielfooddiary #westernaustralia #seeaustralia
