It coincided with our decision to try out the famous W Hotel Taipei buffet which is ranked in the top ten places to eat in the whole city! The storm was ferocious but only lasted an hour, the whole time we watched through the floor to ceiling windows of the 10th floor and pigged out! Pictured is my handmade salad of iceberg lettuce leaves, pea shoots (my faaaaaave!), sprouting shoots, edamame beans, red onion, cashew nuts and dried cranberries and a mini Açaí bowl with passionfruit (another fave!!) and pineapple. Oh and a little glass of kale detox juice.
