What appealed to me when I saw this item on the menu is that they have the fried and broth versions available for patrons to choose from. And I got quite excited when I saw this dish when it is served.

The Singapura Laksa (S$14.80) tasted really authentic, with the essence of the Laksa broth reduced to dryness, yet the bee hoon remained well-cooked and not dry at all. Other ingredients such as tau pok, prawns and quail egg (stir fried with the bee hoon) were included too.
