Crispy Pork Belly with peanut sauce and cucumber salad served with sticky rice (180VND). Looking nothing like the usual pork belly, it is actually minced pork belly fried to crisp and so good with the peanut sauce. 😋

This vegetable curry very flavourful and filled with mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and more vegetables I didn’t recognise as well as topped with fragrant herbs I don’t know the name of.
