Well blanched and good crunch, variety of cuts were all prepared wel, with no foul smell. Very simple chili lime dressing

Oh gosh the flavours here were godly. The omelette was so soft and the sweet umami sauce was absolutely incredible

Very standard kind of stir fry w lemongrass and chilli. Quite spicy, the razor clams were ok

This was very tender, very different from the ones I'm used to. Done with simple sesame oil, paired w Thai green chili sauce and also a sweet thick chili sauce
