The base is the standard chewy soft yellow egg noodles, crisp bean sprouts, crisp green chili, bouncy hard boiled chicken egg, and crisp fried shallots, combined for grainy sweet vegetal eggy savoury spice flavour.

Most add a begedil, the spiced mashed potato patty carrying addictive starchy salty savoury earthy sweet spice flavour.

The gravy is thick smooth gloopy, tending towards the sweeter side from more mashed sweet potato. Has a lovely sweet savoury spice flavour.
