Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
£2.25 for 2 muffins- not exactly a common sight in London. Many cafes and bakeries (especially those stand alone “boutique” ones) shelf them on display for >=£2/each. Therefore Wenzel’s rendition on the ubitiquous baked treat was well received throughout thankfully. First with a reasonable price tag, then in terms of flavour- grated coconut and gooey chocolate upon reheating. The muffins had the right texture and expected sweetness.
P.S: unfortunately the 70p scones are disappointing with a stale floury aftertaste; and especially after I’ve tried great London scones 🙊
