We have ingredients such as lettuce and sai tou fish instead of salmon. Unfortunately, it's becoming harder and harder to find. Nevertheless, wishing everyone a very happy rooster new year!
Crayfish was sweet and juicy, great pairing with the black bean sauce.

This dish was immaculately done! The skin was crispy and the stuffed glutinous rice was an interesting twist to the standard dish. Rice had sufficient wok hei taste, topped with dried shrimps and scallop.
