12-hour braised. With potatoes, watercress and brown butter emulsion. My second favourite dish of the night! It was super satisfying, tender and tastyyy.

Must-eat desserts: Custard cow poo (such a cute name)& chocolate mudpie. I wasn't blown away by their red velvet cake, and the berries shortcake (not in photo) was nothing close to having the oomph factor.

A neighborhood hidden gem at Jalan Besar. Saw everyone on the table eating this chao tar (crispy) fried bee hoon. Interesting taste like pancake biscuit, and normal bee hoon and ingredients underneath it. Uniquely Singapore indeed?

The tiramisu from Rive Gauche Patisserie has one of the densest cream cheese. The thickness of that accompanied by the dryness of the alcohol makes the taste imbalanced. Would prefer if there was more alcohol to offset the cream.
