Fish lumpia Saute 1 clove garlic, chopped, in 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped tomato. Add 2 tbsp green beans and 2 tbsp raisin. Then add 2 cups flaked tuna. Season to taste. Chicken tocino
In a bown, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsps pineapple juice. Add 1 kilo chicken breast, deboned and skin removed. Marinate overnight in a covered bowl in the refrigerator. Add oil in a preheated pan and fry chicken pieces. Add the marinade and 1/2 cup water to the pan and let simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until the sauce has reduced slightly.
Homemade Spanish-Style Sardines
Combine 1 cup salt and 9 cups water. Soak cleaned 1kilo fish for 10 to 15 minutes and drain. Arrange fish in a pressure cooker. Add 1 carrot sliced into rounds, 135g sliced pickles, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp peppercorns, salt, 1/2 cup olive oil, 200g tomato sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 bunch of finger chilis. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. #yummy
Asian Chicken Pineapple Stew
Season 1/2 kilo chicken breast with salt and pepper for a minimum of 30 minutes before cooking. Place chicken in a saucepot together with 4 bulbs of lemongrass, pounded with the back of a knife to expose pulp, 4 thin slices of ginger, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 cups pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook to about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove lemongrass bulbs. Add 1 small can pineapple tidbits including syrup; mix well.

Hotdog Omelette. Saute 4 cloves crushed garlic, 1 pc chopped onion and 4 pcs regular hotdogs, minced. Pour 200g tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water. Season with 1/4 tsp iodized fine salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sugar and1 tsp hot sauce. Add 1 pc mediu red bell pepper, cut into strips. Simmer ucovered for ten minutes. Beat 8 pcs eggs. Add 1/2 cup evaporated mik and 1/3 tsp iodized fine salt. Cook eggs into two separate omelettes on a non-stick pan. Try to retain the round shape. Transfer onto a plate. Corned Beef Tamago Omelet. Whisk 4 eggs with 1 tbsp sugar. Add 1 260g can corned beef and mix well. Heat a skillet and add 2 tbsps butter. Pour in egg mixture and cook until set. Bangus Bistek
Saute 5 cloves garlic in 1/8 cup cooking oil. Add sliced red and white onion, then cook until wilted. Add 1 sliced tomto and cook until mushy. Add 1 1/2 tbsp calmansi juice and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Add 1 kilo ,milkfish and 1 cup water. Boil and cover for 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp whole black pepper. Reduce and simmer until fishes are cooked and firm.
Ginataang Langka in Coconut Mik. Place 1 kilo jackfruit, sliced, in a saucepan and add enough water to cover. Boil for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside. Add 2 tbsps cooking oil to a preheated pan. Saute 5 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp sliced ginger, and 1 medium-sized sliced onion until soft and fragrant. Add 1/2 kilo pork kasim, cut into 1/2-inch cubes; cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled jackfruit and 3 cups coconut milk. Boil until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Add sliced chilies and serve hot. This is my childhood favorite, with lots and lots of chilies. Unfortunately I didn't know how to cook this until I bought the april issue of @yummyph . Season 1/2 kilo fish with knorr all-in-one + meaty seasoning and fry until brown. Set aside. Sweat 1 stalk leeks (cut into strips), 1 pc red bell pepper (cut into strips), and 1 pc carrot ( cut into strips) in oil. Dissolve del nonte sweet and sour mix in 1 cup water then add to pot. Pan-Grilled Chicken Barbecue. Cut 3 shallow cuts on each chicken (1 kilo). Season with 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt. Marinate chicken in 1 can 227g tomato sauce, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 head garlic crushed, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp calamansi juice and 1/4 cup brown sugar for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Pan-grill chicken over medium heat until cooked and well-browned on both sides. Makes 8 servings. White Chocolate Chip Shortbread. Beat 1/2 cup softened butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, scrapping down side of bowl occasionally. Beat in 1 tsp vanilla. Add 1 cup all- purpose flour. Beat at low speed, scrapping down side of bowl once. Stir in 1/2 cup white chocolate chips with mixing spoon. Press dough into ungreased pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Score shortbread with sharp knife. Let pans stand on wire racks 10 minutes. Store tihhtly covered at room temperature or freeze up to 3 months. #yummy #easy #bread #sweet
