Didn’t know they expanded their menu till when I went back recently.
There are 4 new tossed udon items on the menu – Oooh-mami Udon ($10.80), Triple Egg Udon (S$9.80), Fried Onion Udon ($8.80), and Pesto Udon ($8.80). Think of this as dry Mazesoba, but with Udon as the lead.
My favourite was the Oooh-mami Udon (S$10.80), which had a lot going on with dried sakura ebi, fresh spring onions, and bonito flakes.
The handmade udon noodles were coated with rich XO sauce, and the dried sakura ebi added a delightfully toasty and crispy texture.

With lobsters and crayfish kept in a sashimi chiller, rest assured that your seafood will be kept to its freshest standards and for 24.90, there were 2 sumo prawns, lala clams abd 1 huge lobster.
Also, there's a tinge of sweetness in the soup as well. The blend of savory and sweetness will leave you wanting for more.
P.s. Do keep your cholesterol in check after this though!
Omelette blanket over soft koshihikari rice.
Food was mediocre and honestly, nothing would make me come back for a second try..
Pistachio cooked cream, ground and caramelized pistachio.
Chocolate mousse, crushed hazelnut, broken raspberries, chocolate tuile, hazelnut praline.
Mashed potato, sautéed mushrooms, orange segment, natural jus.
Appetizer for the 3 course meal at $29.90
The salmon confit was similar to smoked salmon so if you were expecting cooked food, do not order this!
