The unit of the stall is #01-29. Requested for extra black sauce to balance the charred carrot cake taste and it is awesome. Definitely a good dish to start my Sunday.
With the price, the portion of the waffle is definitely for sharing.
It seems like the catch is always the salmon. The sauce split so there is room for improvement. Kudos for removing the skin as eating it soggy is a no-no.
Affordable halal bistro that brings another option at the northern side. Given the price, I do not have complains on the portion but definitely quality can be improved.
Most mussels didn't open which hinted about the freshness of the seafood. Cracking open the crab shells, you don't get the plump flesh. At SGD$123, it was stated as a serving for 4 to 5 pax but the fruit salad don't seem to feed even 3. Truly a disappointment for me and my family. I guess the cze char stall beside it serves much better, quality food.
If I want my Louisiana cuisine, I will stick to Dancing Crab.
Under the same brand, I have the feeling the price for the same kind of fish is not aligned. I had this fish at $9 per 100 grams. I do recalled when I dined at Tung Lok Seafood, the price is $4.80 per 100grams.
It is good when tung lok keeps reinventing to keep itself competitive. This claypot dish is fragrant and tasty. Paired with a bowl of white rice, this is comfort food.
The crowd is still endless at 10.30pm but thankfully, I got a table after placing orders. The dishes were hits and misses and my favorites were the braised fried beacurd and crispy mini white bait. A good thing was that the meal came out to $14 for 2 considering the portion was not small.
The salmon was over cooked by the grill which came out dry. The soba was manageable but I don't understand why "asian" salad needs that few pieces of crispy wanton skin.
Huge portion of greens with succulently grilled chicken. However, the generous blue cheese overpowered my sesame dressing.
It is always difficult to keep a pork fillet patty juicy.
The flaky fish tastes good but tartar sauce needs a better one.
