This reminds me that dish from Miss Clarity Cafe that was used to be around the corner. Breaking the breaded crust, you find a perfectly cooked chicken. The vegetables came over salted but the tasty sauce made up the shortcomings.
Though it was tasty, the portion is too small to be a main.
The pork loin was dry and slightly tough. However, the sauce drizzled was still ok.
Chawanmushi with unagi, shrimp and crab. Awesome!
A play on BBQ seafood at hawker centres, this dish was nonetheless good as well. Sambal had the balanced level of spiciness and the fish was cooked to perfection.
Skin was baked to crisp, the sauce was good and loved the mash. Simple dish made my day.
