still i find it so oily and you prbably need a vege or rice to go along with it. nonetheless super tender, slightly charred and melts in your mouth. 😄😄😄

Laid across the top of the seafood flavour-imbibed "mee sua" was an immaculate cloud of egg white and fresh crabmeat dressed with crisp golden garlic bits. I could have done with more crabmeat (haha, who wouldn't!) but I have to say the combination of the egg white omelette with noodles was delectable.
