Paying homage to Japanese desserts, Chef de Cuisine Hiroyuki Shinkai has also prepared crowd favourites such as Warabimochi, Shiratama Dango, Matcha Swiss Roll with Azuki Beans, Matcha Chiffon and Sakura Jelly (pictured).
