Very good combo with mushroom cream, cheese sausage, fried kale, egg. Very thin rosti, the only downside is slightly over oily
With lots of pistachio bits, the texture was great and not sweet as well. Bonus for pretty latte art😍
Dark choc tart w fresh raspberries n sorbet: very rich choc matches the refreshing raspberry sorbet. Very balanced dessert~
Pappardelle paste w soft pulled beef meats. Texture n combine or flavours was good but the meat a little on the salty side
Risotto made of Arborio rice in cream based, with fried mushrooms n asparagus. Taste was ok but heavy at the end.
Paired with mango sorbet, the cake is light and not dry. Photo worthy too~
Earl grey burnt cheesecake: interesting taste, texture good
Choc Millie crepe: normal normal
Crust is the thin type, ingredients and flavours are good.
Served on a bed of mushroom barley grains with marinated roes. Flavours are light and easy to eat. Texture is good for kids too~
