"Arbite (ahr-bahyt): An intrinsic honesty to the word. This permeates everything that we do and serve. E.g.: quality food and drink, warm service, fair prices."
This is a promise of quality food and drink, warm service and fair prices. And can I just say, THEY NAILED IT. 👌👌 We ordered the squid ink pasta ($25, in the picture), a smallbite of beef and salted egg fries. The pasta was delish! After coming back from a weekend from the freshest seafood, I do say they live up to their expectations. The salmon squares, squid, mussels and prawn is soooo good!💯 I may have another craving for it. The serving is perfect and is does not cause bloating. If you have a taste for fresh beef and well sautéed dish, the beef will do! The salted egg fries is a MUST, not recommended, ITS A MUST! Truffle fries, shaker fries are sooo twenty-fifteen. Salted egg fries are the new iPhone7! 😂
Thank you Arbite and giving us superb service while we're there! Compliments to the chef ⭐⭐ Be sure to make a reservation to avoid waiting.
To experience the "Ocean", you'll find crab meat, prawn and smoked salmon in the oven baked gometi pasta. Savoury cheese and fresh seafood surprisingly goes but I still prefer the previous version of Mac & Cheese. My friend beg to differ though...
In a summary, my experience there was 90/100! Be prepared to smell so good (like your dinner), be wow-ed by charcoal cooked pork and scrumptious marinated pork/beef!
Service: 5/5 please reserve a seat in advanced since there is a steady stream of customers but not enough seats. Easy to book, through call/message. Offers exact service back in Korea, where the person would cook for you, so your meat is perfectly done!
Food: 3.5/5 Let's start delicious. The marinated meat was the best, I don't usually enjoy marinated food, doubting it's freshness! But it's a good one, its like your initial expectation when someone says Seoul garden is good. It's fresh, juicy, and well seasoned! There is a reason I gave it 3.5.We saw another table which had beef similar to shabu shabu, and the coloring was beautifully streaked and red! We ordered and it was a NO from us. The meat was sliced too thinly, it was tearing just from lifting it, and there was a weird odor to it. Something like cleaning products? So we washed it down with other meat..
Cost: WELL WORTH IT, ESPECIALLY FOR BBQ, AUTHENTIC. KOREAN. BBQ. Egg omelet was free flow, buffet meat is through staff order. $26 for weekday dinner for 90mins, no GST, only 10% service charge (which I happily paid!)
Rate from 1-10, ITS 20!
Service: we decided to sit outside due to better lighting and more spacious! The guy took the initiative to turn on the ac for us. 4/5
Food: we ordered the dancing duck burger ($18), Hawaii 5-o ($16), truffles (?-I forgot the name, $10) The proportion was amazing, the burgers came with truffle fries on the side. Will definitely go back during 11-3pm, set lunch for cheaper options. 20/10 fries were fantastic, the crispness is on point, no excess oil, so it doesn't feel guilty.
Homemade ice tea: HELLNO! I don't understand it's flavor. Is the ILT, earl Grey, lavender mixed and add a slice of lemon? It's gross. Weird.
It's halal too, but Chinese approved!! 😝😝

La maralle indeed spent it's capital on decorating the space into a French theme. The colours were attractive. However, the good things stops there.
