Based on reviews I read, seems Outback has been improving on service and tables. We had the shrimp caesar salad $21.90, toowoomba pasta $29.90 and ribeye steak (ordered medium) $47.90. Caesar could use more cheese and better quality shrimp. Toowooba pasta had the same subpar shrimps and is of acquired taste. Steak is decent but is not cooked evenly, some parts on the outer was almost raw while center was bloody. Cappuccino is not great a choice but I just needed coffee. For main sides, I recommend the mash potato, not the fries and avoid the main’s peppercorn sauce. Initial bread served hot with butter is good. Overall, much improvement needed at the kitchen to keep customers coming back. For $100 for 2pax (net after burpple beyond deal) on the quality and portion, I unfortunately cannot recommend until kitchen improves.

Despite the rave reviews for the creme brulee and wagyu tri tip, we felt the meal was an average experience even on the 1-1 burpple deal.
Echoing similar dry mini sliders and the foei gras truffle brulee perhaps too subtle, neither here nor there. An appreciable rendition of char siew roast, went well with dried kale leaves. For me, dessert had the best balance palate in the range. The main (medium rare wagyu) was decent but the small portioning left us a little hungry, we went for another korean meal after. I hope the next arrangement could have a wider palate complexity, these were relatively flat except for the dessert.

Tribute to the staff at Coffee Bean @ SCAPE, Orchard. Great people working over the counter and kitchen. Nice quiet escape from the main street during peak hours and weekends. Cakes on discount as well as the 1-for-1 regular drinks on burpple beyond.

Excellent choice for takeaway meal. Good balance of greens and chicken thigh + 1 flavoured egg, teriyaki sauce not over-powering. I prefer this one to the yakiniku pork ($8.90), though I didn’t like the fatty chicken skin inside this. Would be back again to try the wagyu + other. Suggest next outlet to have seating and serving meal (ie. drink + chips).

Nice jjampong taste/soup similarities but tangmyeon glass noodles seems to have been replaced with vermicelli (rice noodles) alike. Perhaps it does not fit with the authenticity, nor the flavour the dish carries. Apart from that, it feels like chemical heat/capsicum is being used more this time. The Garlicky Chicken is still good but as many commented, portion for full is too large. Highly recommended for the chicken here (oven baked might be healthier).

Nice Australian cafe branched out to Marina One. Sufficient menu choices and drink variations. Good price range for lunch, coffee break & dinner. Large space available, great service and favourable personal touches makes it a good experience. While the Spaghetti Boscaiola($20) and Pumpkin Salad ($10) were great, the beef quality used for Sirloin Steak ($22) was just adequate considering downtown price. Commendable alternatives and sides available ie. sweet potato instead of fries. burpple beyond available.

Good spicy seafood stew! we were delighted by both the original beef stew and seafood stew (separately), tastes better without too much food seasoning/conditioner. It is a good combination for couples to have the promo set with hand-made rice balls. With burpple beyond, you get 1-for-1. Portioning is somewhat good for a couple if some side dishes are ordered. recommended for new comers!

$7 Emeliano single origin pour over goes very well with this $14 pastries platter (no more dark choc brittles....). Best bite size pastry for me is the Bali Island chocolate tart - hoping the pineapple fruit comes in smaller pieces to match tart size. Overall great experience, someone needs to fix the menu design - too cluttered and noisy info. A lot of customers go for their chocolate drinks, could give that a try next. counter serviced by an expressionless man almost ruining experience, lucky save by another lady. Your weakest link is not the product but the people who works there.
Hope to be back to try a new platter.

Nice quiet environment to get some things done at the co-working space Distrii. It is a new expansion 2+ months old, conveniently next to Raffles Place MRT exit. Cappuccino was nice but felt more of a latte. Not sure which beans used but it was of high acidity; goes well with those liking latte. Friendly service - will be back!

Rice was inconsistently soft & hard but abundant 😂 only thing was the small piece of unagi that didn’t quite fit the picture... for $15, much improvement needed! Salmon don $13 was actually decent.
It was quite unfortunate the cashier did not want to honor the burpple 1-for-1 chirashi & premium chirashi listing, only limiting to salmon, curry and something else. Please do put it under exclusion in menu (and inform burpple) rather than disappointing customers at the order counter. I think at least half the customers can understand the costs and will support the restaurant through drinks and other purchases.
If I may suggest to chef, keep the mains right sized with adequate ingredients then work on side dishes or salad that goes as an affordable set. It will be a much more palatable meal for variety and preserving better cost structure. Perhaps consider revising burpple promo set with sides, soup & drinks? Best of luck!
