The cheese was almost non existent for me in the super light creamy texture of the tart. The apricot on top gave it a bit of zest and sweetness. The crust was crispy on the outside, but below it fell flat maybe due to the cheese fluid making it chewy.
Hyped up cheese tart to me. Unless you're a fan of super light creamy stuffs. Fans of cheese tarts, you will be disappointed.

At just $3.20/scoop (SAY WHATTT), this has just become one of my top to-go place for some good gelato with a nice cozy ambience.
We ordered two scoops of ice cream, hazelnut and strawberry pockey, with the tart for $13.80. (Additional .70 for each scoop as they were premium flavour) the tart was rly surprising as I expected it to be harder. It were kinda crispy on the outside and soft and almost cake like on the inside. It was kinda like a rly dense cake inside. AND IT WAS WARM. A plus for that.

Order the S$10 Sultan prawn noodles and you won't regret to taste the freshness of the prawn taste in the broth. Charcoal waffles doesn't disappoint with the crispness but I still prefer other types of ice cream with the salted egg sauce. Especially if you eat the salted egg soft serve by it's own, it just wasn't that palatable. Suggest to eat with the waffles together with some curry leaves and you'll do just fine.

Candlenut's lohei comes with crispy lotus roots, cashew nuts and their own sauce infused with gula melaka. The cashew nuts give it a special taste and crunch from the usual peanuts. Personally felt pistachios might level up the taste more.
Crispy lotus roots were delicious, the gula melaka taste was missing after the mix of different flavours though. But it's interesting how a simple lohei can have different variations.
