Lobster Penne Pasta A weekly main for the restaurant's Executive Set Lunch... Honest opinion is damn worth the price of $29.90 (gst not included yet) It comes with a free flow of salad bar items, soup and bread, 3 choices of mains (I chose the Lobster Penne Pasta) and for the finale with a choice of any tea or coffee (cold/hot) If you are working at CBD, definitely is worth the visit...
Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore in-house restaurant, SE7ENTH Launched a refreshed dining menu for lunch and dinner, Price starts from $24++ for mains and from $8++ for sharing dishes. Feature my favourite dish : Vongole Pasta Pasta cooked with Garlic, Chili and White Wine and served with clams and scallops. Pasta texture is al dente, neither crunchy nor too soft. Perfect for me 😋.. 💰$26 +$8 for add-on: Scallops. 📍 SE7ENTH. Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore. 6 Shenton Way OUE Downtown 1, #07-01.
Australian Wagyu Striploin Steak ($68). You know how crazy the lunchtime crowd at CBD can get, but you probably didn't know that there's this quaint restaurant located in the midst of all the mayhem, along Shenton Way on the 7th floor of Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore. 🔸 The lunch set menu starts from around $30, but I must also recommend this juicy steak with a crisp herby crust. This well-marbled wagyu from Queensland was seasoned with pink Himalayan salt and herbs and seared till the meat is juicy, succulent and tender. To complete the meal, it was served with grilled asparagus, portobello mushrooms and cheesy polenta. 🔸 Besides this, they serve good Crispy Chicken Wings with Truffle Maple Drizzle ($12), and some newly launched dishes such as Vegetable Fritters ($8); St. Louis-Style Barbecue Pork Ribs ($36); Pan-Seared Salmon ($34); and Vongole Pasta ($26). 🔸 [Tasting] #oakwoodpremier #foodphotography #fujixh1 #exploresingapore #burpple #singaporeinsiders #eatoutsg #foodiegram #sgfood #foodsg #instasg #foodstagram #instafood #instafood_sg #hungrygowhere #cafesg #foodgasm #sgfoodblogger #vscofood #sgig #cafehoppingsg #stfoodtrending #flatlay #sgdinner #dinnersg #appetizer #cbdeats #burpproved #wagyusteak #burpplesg

Double Choc ($1.50), Orange-Peel & Raisin ($1.30) Fav - Double Choc, $1.50 - Chocolate Chips, $1.30 - Orange-Peel & Raisin, $1.30 Ok - Coffee Walnut, $1.50 - Blueberry, $1.50 - Pumpkin, $1.30
Do You Know the Muffin Man? Can't tag the Tanjong Pagar branch where I bought this from. You'd be hit with a wave of nostalgia as you savour the muffins here. My favourite is the banana walnut [$1.30] among their wide variety including double chocolate, chocolate chip, blueberry etc, due to the generous walnuts and banana chunks. Shiok! 🥧
Muffins Galore! Great variety of delightfully moist & fluffy muffins here, perfect mid day snack! Priced within average price of just $1.30-$1.50 each, it is so affordable I couldn’t resist and walked away with a box! Love how sizable the muffins here are and how they are not commercialized with a standard dimension - gives that home baked feel! And that amazing browned buttery crusty top. If I could have it my way, I’ll rip the top of all the muffins on display 😝 Clockwise from top left. Cheese ($1.30), double choc ($1.50), coffee walnut ($1.50), mocha ($1.60), banana walnut ($1.30), carrot walnut ($1.30) If you’re a chocolate fan, go for the double choc! It’s filled with chocolatey goodness with a generous amount of melted choc chip! For a milder version, the choc chip one can satisfy the choc craving too. I loved the mocha one!! It is like the choc chip one but with a coffee base. Disappointed with the pumpkin and carrot walnut for the lack of that rich spiced base. Instead, these flavors had the standard vanilla base with chopped pumpkins/carrots. They’re still good, just not in line with what I expected. Banana walnut is a safe choice with generous amount of banana and a nice crunch from the walnut. The cheese one had little chunks of cream cheese in there.

7 Course Set Dinner One of the best Burpple Beyond deals - 7-course set meal ($40++ each after 1 for 1). The appetiser dish is really petite (3 courses on one plate) but after that it gets really good. The char siew was a nice and sweet, followed by the waguy bak kwa sandwich with cheese which is surprisingly goood, and the main wagyu course is slim, tender, nicely done at medium, ending with pistachio ice cream dessert!
delicious, unique steaks 1) 400 Day Grain Fed Crossbred Wagyu Deckle, MS 8/9 ($65, 300g) Got ourselves front row seats to the flame grill action at their open concept kitchen. Impeccable char, insides done to a consistent medium rare perfection. The deckle is the cap around the ribeye, and is just jam-packed with flavour. 2) Auskobe Wagyu Onglet, MS 4/5 ($40, 200g) Another more obscure cut of steak, the onglet is crazy tender, with most of the flavour and all of the char and perfection of its more expensive sibling 3) Sides: Creamed Kale ($8), Truffle Fries ($7) Great companions, but was honestly too stuffed and satisfied by the steaks to enjoy them fully. Creamed kale was consistently creamy and appealed to this kale-hater, and the shoestring truffle fries were crisp to the end. 4) Basque Burnt Cheesecake ($12) I'm no cheesecake aficionado but this was perhaps the fluffiest cheesecake I've had. Paired with some strawberry compote and passionfruit reduction and it goes to the next level.
Tiramisu ($12) This dessert was so appealing, it made me so excited when it was being prepared and served to us (also because it was dessert) 😍 I dived right in after snapping this photo 😌 Added with the right amount of alcohol in this moouth-watering dessert, my boyf and I savoured it within 10mins 🍮😋
