Freshly made daily in the shop, the outer layer is slightly toasted creating a crispy texture while the inner layer is thick but soft thus creating an enjoyable experience when I sank my tooth into it. The scramble eggs may seem ordinary, but it was creamy and has a tad sweetness to it. Damn, I regretted not adding the smoked salmon and the avocado to it.

Finally, Old hen coffee bar has expanded! Old hen kitchen is prepared to serve an extensive menu than it's mother store due to space constraint.

Sandwiched between the brioche bun, the 160g beef patty was indeed juicy by enhancing the flavour the Gochujang sauce is then spread on top of the patty thus adding the sweetness of the patty while giving it an extra tangly sensation. I just wish there were bits of onions mixed into the patty giving it extra crunchiness texture.

Even though after pan-frying the bun, there was still lack of crispy texture from it. The add-on truffle made me regretted not ordering the chilli crab fries instead as I could hardly taste any hint of truffle.

Located in a quieter part of Bugis, Kin Moo welcome their customer with a simple, clean and great hospitality like how the Thais greet their visitors. •
Specialised for their Thai boat/wanton mee, Baamee haeng is actually a noodle dish that is served without soup stock and then filled with minced pork, pork ribs, peanuts, dried shrimps, garlic, and a generous serving of lard. With all the condiments mixed, the whole dish was exploding with flavours, especially when you bite into that freshly fried lard. The noodles were al-dente, which was totally enjoyable biting it. •
However, the dish was a little dry, but this could be solved by drizzling soup onto the noodles. The soup not only makes this dish more delightedly, it also adds a hint of sweetness to the dish as well.

Finally managed to try this Singaporean style ramen and I totally love it! The hong-kong wanton and the potato wrapped prawn was definitely the highlight. The potato and the prawn compliment each other, giving a crunchy texture while the prawn gives a tad sweetness.

Instead of using the traditional ramen noodles, Mee Kia was used thus giving a springy texture which totally surprised me! Now I know why A Noodles story received  Bib Gourmand in 2016. I just wished the opening hours could be longer as I was missed out!

Maybe another excuse for some cheat treats! Do take note its is air poped, as such it is not as crispy as your butter poped popcorn however it means No trans fat and it is not GMO. What attracted me was the chocolatey taste. It is strong!

A bowl of ramen which you can choose from what broth or even the texture of your ramen.

It was one of the decent ramen I tried. However I still prefer Marutama, where the charshu was really melt in your mouth and their broth was richer to me. I will still give Bari Uma a shot again, as I heard their Aji Tama Uma <> was their Hot seller.

Naughty fries << $9 >> The main star for tonight was the naughty fries! The spiced creamy thick bernaise topped with chunks of minced beef and crispy shallots just made it on the top of my fries list! The burger was a bit weird on the 1st bite but then its was ok.

This soft serve 2 level ice cream shop serve smooth texture softee. The matcha taste was a little too weak but the dark chocolate was good! Will be back to try more of their Flavours! Any soft serve ice cream lovers should give it a shot!

So decided to give Lokal a shot. The lobster meat was sweet and fresh. The bun was slightly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Making it a decent lobster roll but the gherkin and lemon mayo was a bit too mild.
Ok forget about Mac's curly fries, this curly fries is the BOMB! It was just addictive !
