This was the first meal I had in Stockholm, Sweden, along the beautiful streets of Gamla Stan. I thought this would cost about S$15 at max but I was young and naiive - I was 10 whooping dollars off the charts. But ok la, the smoked salmon was 💯. Generous portions, fresh and well cured.

Must show off my first dibs into this great piece of carbohydrate.

Can't wait for their grand opening on this Friday at Clarke Quay (minus the queue, huhu).

All I want is to sleep and eat more sashimi.

Virgin visit to @theramenstall - a place I'd go for average and super affordable (relatively la ha) Japanese food.

P.S. we dropped the salami on the soil and still ate it and didn't die. ✌🏿 #EBinScandinavia #EBxPIXEL

Here's the Brown Cheese cheesecake found in one of the most underrated cafes at Bergen - Sweet Rain Cafe.

Brunost is basically just caramelized goat cheese which is pretty unique tasting. Because it's so unique, I don't know how to describe. There's this sweet, cream caramelly taste and yet has the savoriness of goat's cheese, a mindblowing combination which you'd either love it or hate it. I enjoyed it so much, i wish I'm back in Bergen right now. ☹️

You know the red color packet of caramel almond chocolates you see at IKEA, this is the ice cream version of the sinful snack! 😛
