as u can tell, Cheese Macchiato is legend 🤓 yes im abit bias bc its creamy :-) SWIPE ➡️ to see how GENEROUS the cheese were! 🤯 the seasalt rly give tht subtle sea 🌊 taste to the creamy cheese, & hence;;; its bombz! i literally licked the 🧀 frm the straw & eat it as it is! 🚨 #cheeselovers i suggest yall not to MiX 😬 eating it like my way is so much btr! 🤓

anyws i believe @chunyangtea_sg is best in their tea 🍵 & i cant deny 🤡 in general, its the fragrant & flowery 💐 notes tht called it a ‘yes’ for me 😉

special shoutout to the Honey Osmanthus tho… gotta say dont judge the ‘taste’ by its ‘name’ 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 i was so skeptical & unwilling to get tht since its so NORMAL 🤓 bt ok… im rly impressed! jus the right amt of sweetness if ure getting 50%! super smooth tea & refreshing ✨❄️🌟

note: pls uh NEVER get 0% for Oolong Tea IF ure not keen in drinking pure tea 🫖 bc its geniunely as pure & tasteful as how tea would taste like! :-) so pls uh… i warn yall first 🥱 its basically bland w tea fragrance 😜

was initially craving for hazelnut bbt bt my 👁 jus had to turn to the panel; & all tht caught my attention was the word ‘orh nee’! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 immediately my hazelnut was replaced 🤣

having q an expectation in my mind since ive tried the 2 best orh nee🥤 (Chi Cha San Chen x Milksha), im thrilled to see if koi could hit the above average mark!

evidently, the orh nee were generously given as u see frm the surface of the cup 😗 as i get down to my 1st sip, im sold… sold for its green milk tea 😬 alright ik tht isnt the ⭐️ of the show so… yes i went deeper & sip again,, this time, thicc chunky orh nee + its taro Q (i believe thts the name for the taro balls) flow thru the pipe & into my 👄,, taste was thr, bt smth jus isnt right… the orh nee had aft-fried oil aftertaste tht i didnt v much appreciate :/ thankfully it wasnt tht prominent & moreover, the milk tea is rly gd! (yes i dont usually drink bbt so im a little sampat (crazy) 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

bt yes overall i personally feel tht the orh nee arnd it was jus for show… it was fragrant bt not enuf… if only its tastier… it’ll prob be btr!!

i would recommend if yall order w 🥛 instead of milk tea so tht the tea wouldnt overpower the orh nee & for a 1:1 fair comparison w other brands! 😸

‼️ ive always loved cream/custardy desserts which gives me tht creamy satisfaction tht i crave relentlessly!! if you’ll to give me Chateraise’s custard puff everyday, i will love u 😘 bt these are a next level 🤓

what ive gotten (no. from top to bottom):
1️⃣ Whipped Cream Bun (~$2.70) :b
2️⃣ Custard Cream Bun (~$2.70) :3
3️⃣ Lemon Bun (~$3) :o

i can see why ppl love them, simply bc thyre 1) generous w the fillings 2) the texture/consistency is creamy n yet light ☁️ enuf for 1 to finish in a sitting 😜

evidently all are whites 🤍 bt thyre taste profiles are extremely different. ofc the lemon one has a zestier note which refreshes ur taste buds everytime u bite into thm! not forgetting the crumbly cookie crust tht encapsulates the fillings! (wherease the other 2 are soft buns vibe 🍞) note: the zesty part is only a tiny bit within the fillings tho!! wish tht thr were more 🤩💘

altho whipped cream n custard cream seems somewhat the same bt trust me; thy taste diff! custard has more milkier🥛note n denser/substantial-feel compared to the whipped cream bun!

‼️ to summarise my taste review for the shrooms pizza, i must say i rly love the combi of adding a sunny side up styled egg on top which kinda reminisce of local food like nasi lemak or any dishes tht usually hv an egg added! 🍳 (tell me im not the only one!) the yolk gave it a gluey consistency tht tempts u hv ur next bite; my pt is: it isnt dry & thts great :-) m o i s t u r e d 😉

well… truffle fragrant was definitely a 10/10 bt it isnt for the faint hearted, if ure jus beginning to try truffle out, i doubt you’ll like as its v strong in flavour & it almost overpower anyt in tht bite of pizza! 🍕 BUT thankfully the juiciness of the shrooms continues to squirt moisture as u chew ur pizza edges etcetc & my pt is: m o i s t e d 👀👍🏻

It’ll be an illegal act to insult a dish w eggs 😡 everyone LOVES eggs!! be it in any forms… but for me, scrambled eggs wins my ♥️ instantly, no doubts needed! 😗✌🏻

im fortunate to dig out some time (literally 6days bef October) on a weekday morning to hv my brunch at @elixir.boutiqueroasters which was part of my bestf (yes @b ) ending in September 😿 totally no regrets despite the far distance… i mean frm 1 end to the other end of 🇸🇬… im sure it isnt tht long either so ✊🏻

this plate frm @elixir.boutiqueroasters is generously portioned w truffle scrambled eggs tht hits the spot in ur mouth as the tingling sensation of truffle jus allure ur tastebuds 🤤🤤🤤

I’ll highly recommend u to hv a mouthful of:
the prosciutto (also generously given) w its soft & fluffed up semi-buttery brioche & ur leafy greens 🥬 its a total texture-play & robust part in ur mouth 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 literally u can taste the crisp frm the greens & the saltiness frm the meat falls nicely on a soft cushion (our dearest brioche) 🥺🥺

so to justify a gd brunch like this, a 9/10 will be gd 😆✌🏻 (-1 for its 💲)

& bc i cant decide on which photos… i chunked everyt in… THY LOOK TOO BEAUTIFULLY StUnNiNg 🤩✨✨

‼️ tho the hype of burrata pizza (~$24) has died down, imma still share my take on it!! so i hadnt had burrata cheese bef & didnt know wat to expect bt my expectations were set q high given tht it was smth tht many ppl deemed delectable! 🤤

nomnom… as i chew only 1 description can be expressed: the burrata cheese has is mild tasting (bear in mind: ive nvr tried it bef so dont come @ me 😡) n has caused the pizza’s overall aroma to drop as well 😳 why do i say so?? well i tried the pizza w/o the burrata & the tomato passata (purée) was so tangy & fresh (not forgetting tht acidic kick to it)! 😬 honestly we enjoyed the 🍕 w/o the burrata 🤣🤣🤣 the marinated cherry tomato was bombz! 🍅 OH & not forgetting the pesto! its kinda complements rly well w the tasteful notes as a whole 🍕 so yay! 🤗

⚠️my personal preferences only⚠️
1) burrata mild the taste of such a delicious tomato-ish pizza
2) its bc i hvnt had enuf experience w it to say tht its nice or not

HOWEVER… i do love the texture of the burrata on its OWN 😂 its light in taste 👅

fresh out frm the waffle maker, the heat of the waffle was strong enuf to melt our icecream a little! its crispy n soft on the inside! 😲 (not sure if the softness is actually undercook tho…) definitely in love w how the outer layer of the waffle taste n OH it’s fragrance is undesirably aromatic! 🤭🤤🤤

pistachio 🌰: 6/10
ooolala… if uk me, you’ll know i wont leave an icecream without trying pistachio! 🤫 i love how creamy the gelato was, giving it a smooth texture tht can smear into the holes of the waffle n eat it in a bite! bt the nuttiness wasnt strong (to my liking) & the roasting didnt seem to be as pronounce 😐😐😐 i guess the milk content was more! 😶‍🌫️

chocolate hazelnut 🍫: 6.5/10
first thing tht comes into my mind!! FERRERO ROCHER! hahah 🤩🤩🤩 well it taste v much like it tbvh! 👍🏻 average velvety chocolate texture, richness of the chocolate could be enhanced 😎 nonetheless,, i appreciate shops tht does ferrero rocher/similar to, kind of icecream! bc its kinda hard to find tho…? esp gd ones! 😣😣😣
