Was quite surprised by the food as I didn’t think much of Ajumma’s when I ate at their Cathay outlet as a broke student years ago. 🤣
Bibimbap matched perfectly with my side dishes and the extra Signature Beef Kalbi ($14.90) I ordered on the side. Kalbi was juicy/tender and the sauce gave it a caramelised finish 😍

Boyfriend and I OD-ed on Australian wagyu beef striploin, sea urchin, foie gras, salmon roe, truffle shoyu and onsen egg 🤤🤤🤤.
Vv good deal considering its usual price of $58++! And $88++ for those who select the Guilty Pleasure Bowl which comes with Japanese Wagyu.

The Gen Y millenial in me loves how the carrot cake is delivered in a cute little tub 😍 LOL.
The stall is run by a young hawkerpreneur and her family is in the business of chai tow kuay (owner’s dad has been supplying handmade carrot cake to other stalls over 20 years according to online reviews).
I must say their Hottie Carrot Cake and Bacon Cubes (not in photo) gave quite a nice kick I enjoy too :> but I think I still prefer traditional Black Carrot Cake 🥕 - which they do well too 🤤🤤
Turned it into a boy 👦🏻 and then a short-haired girl?? 👧🏻 #selfhigh
Colleague tried the new Grilled Chicken Sandwich ($6.20) while I ate the Crispy Fish Sandwich ($6.20) - the patties aren’t exactly new if you ask me 🧐.
The grilled chicken is the one from the McD salad/wrap while the crispy fish has been presented before in the form of fish & chips by McD. Just that they zhng-ed up the patties into a burger with lettuce 🥬, chargrill sauce, chicken bacon 🥓, white cheddar cheese 🧀, and semolina buns 🍔
