My new favourite CBD healthy DIY bowl store. Proteins are excellent - sous vide chicken breast was so tender, could’ve passed for chicken thigh. Mentaiko mayo with salmon is a premium option. There’s a wide variety of fresh toppings to pick from, and i love that they are prepared well. Never have i encountered over or undercooked veggies here.

Truffle soya dressing is so fragrant and delicious, just a tiny splash of it goes a long way in elevating the food.

Spicy mayo salmon ($12.50) with additional charge for the teriyaki edamame premium topping. A bit costly seeing as the regular toppings are nothing spectacular- cherry tomatoes, pineapple, cucumbers. Nevertheless a failsafe option when hankering for poké.

Solid thai milk tea flavor. Thai milk tea in pudding form, enjoyed this very much.

Kai Yang Sa-moon Prai PenLaos or simply Northern Thai Grilled Chicken ($21 for whole). Marinated in an addictive blend, this was the star at the table. The sauce was a bonus, not entirely necessary for the chicken was tasty and flavorful on its own. Not a single dried out bit on this bird, even the breast pieces were wonderfully juicy and flavorful.

Had the double patty shackburger which i think helps make for better mouthfeel. The buttery, soft potato buns were excellent, encasing within a flavorful beef patty and a good amount of sauce and cheese.

Shroom burger was ok, but have you ever had veganburg’s shroom burger? Yeah.

I REALLY WISH THERE WAS CHILI SAUCE! It would have been great for dipping the fries in.

Spiced cauliflower with pinenuts and mint yogurt dressing ($14). This was fab. Tangy yogurt went supremely well with the crunchy cauliflower. Mopped up the entire dish happily.

Happily filled up on a good serving of grilled mushrooms that retained its bite, avocado that i smeared onto my toast with a touch of vegemite i asked for on the side. Scrambled tofu (not eggs! tofu!) was interesting. My DIY plate couldn’t have been more than $18.

Lovely cafe with marble table tops and gold accents to all its finishings. Service was top notch, attentive and friendly. Menu was extensive enough, with clean options catering to health buffs.
