The risotto also has crabmeat and mackerel which added a nice touch to the texture and negates the jelatness of this dish.

Their fatty 12 hours sous vide pork belly with BBQ sauce practically melted in our mouths. Miso glazed carrots were cooked through and still crunchy. Also, their vibrant looking purple sweet potato mash that’s no doubt naturally sweet yet creamy and smooth. We’re not even done, the salmon was evenly cooked with a pinkish center and lastly the crispy broccoli were a joy to munch on! ☺️ They can definitely prep and cook better than other stores.

We have had 4 selections of A4 wagyu cuts and we absolutely fall in love with the prime short rib that had even marbling of fats. 30 seconds of cooking on each side was enough to let the juices flow with every bite. If you’re on a budget, you could opt for A4 wagyu sukiyaki that was also very juicy. It’s best dipped in the sukiyaki and lava egg sauce for the silky bliss in the mouth. ~
Thanks Ting Feng for hosting and @lkzx for inviting!

Good Day #01-25
Beef Hor Fun SGD4.50
Roughly chopped garlic made the ingredients super fragrant and aromatic with the shrimps. White rice on the side was good as there’s already very strong flavors from the shrimp and garlic. The set also comes with homemade lemongrass tea and a refreshing mango sundae with fresh pomelo!

You can also build your own protein or acai bowl! One protein that was good is their rib eye steak which was surprisingly tender. Love the beetroot hummus on top and their well salted crack broccoli. It’s a generous protein bowl that also has capsicum, asparagus, quinoa and nut crumble. Yummy in our tummies 👍🏼

Beef Bros SGD16.00
It’s filled generously with unconventional ingredients like cheese and chunky lobsters that made us absolutely love the genius combination. This was wiped out in a few minutes and no regrets there because every bite was worth the calories. We also paired it with ‘It’s Complicated’ drink that is a mixture of Hendrick's Gin, Green Tea, Lemon Peach Sour, Nata de Coco. Cheers to that!🥂
