It's true! At the price of RM1.50, the crispy edge and soft creamy center will make you crave for more. If you prefer something savoury, go for the egg appam and best pair with vegetable curry.

This little restaurant run by Auntie Paramas serves amazing Indian and Sri Lankan dishes. Some of my personal favourites are the mutton varuval, dried spicy chicken and the appam (appam is the best and it deserves another post by itself). If you don't fancy rice, get the chapati or tosai instead and if you want something light, there are idli and putu mayam. Auntie Paramas once mentioned everything they used to cook their dishes is made from scratch which means you don't have to worry about excessive MSGs used. Price varies according to the dishes taken but the meal I had in this picture was RM7.50.

Their coffee is mostly drip/filter type. Coffee drinker has the option of choosing their beans. I didn't spot Flat White in their menu and when I brought it up at the counter, they told me it's the Trouble White (RM15) and it definitely live up to its name. The coffee took awhile (i bet the process is quite a...trouble! Heh!) to arrive because of the long filtering process and it's more foamy than expected.
A friend chose simple black (single origin, Costa Rica beans) for RM13. The coffee has a strong fruity taste to it and the acidic was just right. We had the black tea lychee pudding and it was refreshing. Named after the famous comedy fantasy show from Shakespeare, the cafe definitely has that dreamy kind of feels. The service is awesome and staff are friendly. The shop is easily missed as it lack of signboard and that it's on the first floor so look out for the moon doodle standing board.

I'm very picky when it comes to roti canai and has been looking for one for the longest time. I like them crispy and this place certainly doesn't disappoint. Serving at RM1.50 per piece and make sure you go with a cup of Teh Tarik kurang manis (RM1.80).
Tips: The shop is a 3 unit shops combined together and few staff is in charged of the unit accordingly. If you'd like a good service, make sure you sit at the lot nearest to the cashier counter because the kakak there is super efficient and friendly.

I've always been skeptical about ordering healthy food (or salad) when I'm out basically because of the price and because of the food (it's really not healthy if it's full of dressing).
But I've heard so much about this place so decided to give it a try and it certainly did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken salad bowl, add in all the veges (which include quinoa) and went with their recommended dressing. All these for only RM9.90 and they're really generous with their servings. Other option such as beef brisket cost RM14.90 only and both salad bowl is really good. Highly recommended by people who are on their paleo diet or if you just want a healthy option.

This handcrafted Japanese shaved ice dessert awesome especially after the hot weather. Ordered the tiramisu and Valrhona choc (RM16) and it's big enough for two people.
