Was looking for a dessert place and this was 1-for-1 on Burpple. Service was not the best and this hojicha soft serve tasted diluted. Overall not a great experience.

Located at L4 of Bugis+, Omurice Keisuke has really cheap Omurice that comes with your choice of sauce. There is almost always a queue though, and the shop is rather small, not sure if it’s worth the wait. Nevertheless, very value for money!

Situated at L2 of IMM, this restaurant serves decent and reasonably priced Bak Kuh Teh. Service is not the best but dishes are tasty. We like to order the Ma You Chicken alongside the BKT.

Starker is the go to place for happy hour in Jurong East. The new menu serves a large variety of bar food including this salted egg sweet potato fries! We also had truffle pizza which was really delicious too!

This restaurant serve one of the best pork katsu in Singapore! Located at the 1st floor of Star Vista, the restaurant serves very good pork cutlet, that’s crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The dishes are slightly pricey (about $20 - $30 per main dish) but well worth your money!

This is hands down the most crispy prata I have ever eaten. Located at the void deck of a HDB flat near Chinese garden MRT, this unassuming prata shop sells freshly made crispy prata at reasonable price. It’s so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The portion is also larger than most prata shops, so don’t over order!

One of my favourite Peranakan restaurants! Super delicious dishes at Low prices! We had the curry fish head (~$23), tahu goreng (~$5) and rice ($0.80 each), as well as desserts ($1.40 each)! The whole meal was just $33 for 3 of us! Great value and definitely worth a trip down to try for yourself!

Was planning to get 2 Mangoes Wild as there was the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1, but they only had 1 left and allowed us to choose any other item. Had the Ch..ch..ch..Chia Signature Bowl ($9.30), which had acai, chia pudding, fresh fruits, nuts and granola. Love the mix though not a big fan of the Chia pudding. We will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu!

This is my go to place to chill after dinner with friends. The restaurant offers a wide range of Chinese desserts, including this healthier option of bean curd with watermelon.

I am a fan of acai affair, especially since it’s one for one. But seems like standards are not the same at the different branches. The acai also tasted icy and diluted.

I think this is not Hakka Ampang YTF, but the less famous one right next to it. Less crowded but really delicious Yong Tau Foo at very reasonable price! We had duck and kway chap too!

Really enjoyed my first visit to Genki Sushi. At 2pm, there was still a queue outside the restaurant. We waited for about 20mins for seats. Food was delivered fast via their signature train, and all the items were so yummy! Extremely value for money, no wonder there is always a queue! Genki is opening another outlet at Westgate in April, I will probably dropped by that outlet soon.
