Love the Taiwanese Mala Soup base (it is fragrant and not very spicy) and the Pork Maw and Chicken white pepper soup base. Very heart warming for cold weather!

Opting for less salt was a good choice as we get to taste the ingredients better!

Enjoying the local big lobster in gravy.
Gravy could have been a little lighter for us to better enjoy the freshness of the lobster.
Interesting combination of well marinated chunky satay chicken cubes served on a papadom. Love the flavour and contrast in textures!
