You are actually supposed to break apart the sous vide egg and let its glorious contents flow exuberantly on to the squid ink rice that is delightfully drizzled with the tangy mentaiko mayo.
Stir all these together with the delish grilled chicken and you have a scrumptious dish which can bring lots of glee to your tastebuds with its assortment of distinct flavours

I'm putting it out there right now, YOU NEED TO COME HERE FOR THEIR UNAGI BENEDICT ($23++). But otherwise, our kurobuta "pork cheek" ragout (???) ($19++) was quite mehhh... Best thing about the dish was the fungus so like basically nothing much. DON'T let that deter you from the real deal tho aka the unagi Benedict. A fantastic fusion dish that combines fried mantou with that umami from the unagi and a whole dollop of an amazing yuzu hollandaise. Every mouthful was an ooh and ahh!

One of their signatures from the days when they were in Toa Payoh; linguine, homemade truffle paste, mushroom, truffle oil, cream and mozzarella cheese. A comforting baked pasta dish with a good amount of stringy, melted cheese that covers the entire pan with pasta beneath, this would fit well with truffle fans for it carries the flavour evidently throughout, with bits of mushrooms everywhere for an earthy, bouncy bite.

Earl Grey Waffle – Double scoop of Thai Milk Tea, Condensed Milk with Chocolate Macaron [$15.90] – Larege Belgian like waffles, one of the few cafes in Singapore serving this chewy texture of waffles. Would personally request for more condensed milk.

This is as authentic as you can get here in Singapore. You will truly appreciate how best to eat this dessert - the sticky rice should be warm and moist, slightly savoury and the mango, must be sweet x 100 & chilled. Serving is pretty large, good for 2 to share.

The cookies and cream ice cream was more subtle in sweetness and had tons of cookie crumbles embedded in the ice cream.
All these goodness was perched on top of a very crispy waffle that stayed crispy forever! It had the texture of a toasted bread! I really loved the toasted marshmallow sweetness at the corner of the waffle. The chocolate syrup was too sweet for my liking.

I've heard so much about Windowsill and I'M FINALLY HERE!!! thanks to @sherfootprints' "itinerary"! 😂 both the Grasshopper (mint chocolate w brownies) and S'mores (dark chocolate w marshmallow) are just so damn yummy!!! best pies indeed 😍 #burpple

Highly recommend this much raved about place. Comes with a cup of coconut water. Super cooling and refreshing. I got one when I reached and got another when I left!

Legendary. I was literally beaming from ear to ear as I was devouring this. Fragrant toast that had a salted butter interior with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. The abundant whip cream was light and so good I was eating it by itself. Must try in Bangkok!

Be expected t wait at least 15mins. You gotta get a number when you reach. There'd be 2 flavours a day and flavours are not standardised and only decided on the day itself. Totally worth the wait!
