Krispy kale!!! Still in awe of the Krispy curlies ππ A fairly good combination of greens, carbs & protein! Yumm yumm, think I devoured this too fast! ππ it sure looks kinda frazzled, but it was soo crisp-tasty and balanced with all the right stuff: kale for greens β , hash balls for carbs β (albeit fried but it's kay la; eat healthier for the next meal) and eggs for protein & choline - Vitamin B-ish β
The meats section called out to me while I was perusing the menu, and it definitely lived up to its calling. Korean Fried Chicken was tender, meaty, and best of all, boneless π€ The zingy coleslaw helped cut through the richness of the sticky-sweet gochujang glaze. And the RIBS, oh those glorious ribs. Slathered with sake barbeque sauce and grilled to smoky perfection, its insides were all pink and succulent, and the knife cut through it like butter. Mad delicious and it has become my favourite ribs ever.
Don't miss this slow simmered Iberico pork belly if you're here!

You've tasted good buta kakuni, whereby long hours of slow simmering renders the fats in the meat so that the flesh breaks up effortlessly, while the fats simply melts away. Now imagine all that, but with Iberico pork. Simply luscious!

Not overly seasoned, no mustard is necessary but you may add that for an extra kick. Served with a perfectly cooked onsen egg as pictured.
