The six hours of lecture I've had earlier on contributed hugely to this negativity. Wishing desperately to be back in Bangkok to enjoy this crazy Einstein-looking Explosion beverage (starting from 175 baht), which sees everything from lemonade to milkshakes served in tall mason jars, topped with a scoop of ice cream, plenty of whipped cream, a waffle cone and cotton candy πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Here's my personal favourite ... Meat are so fresh, well-marinated, tender and juicy with every bite! I love the flavours! There are a few really yummy side dishes such as this spicy tofu which I lost count of how many bowls we asked for refill. On the sides of the BBQ plate, we had eggs too (Check out my final photo on Korean BBQ tomorrow). Same restaurant, different shot! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

All I wish for is a bowl of fiery hot Tom Yum Soup πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ Desperately counting down to the end of class ...

To create the creamy texture and unique depth in flavour for the Lobster Broth Ramen with Rich Creamy Soup ($14.90), the stock brewing takes approximately 8 to 10 hours. We really enjoyed the richness and creamy texture of the broth from the latter. The velvety smooth broth slides down your throat so comfortingly. It’s so addictive that you can’t resist not slurping down even the last drop. As for the Spicy Miso Lobster Broth Ramen ($15.90), the unique lobster broth is boiled with a special blend using three various types of miso while the curly ramen noodles served in this lobster creation are pan-fried by order. Chef Takeda is very particular about the standard of authenticity therefore he is very strict with regards to the kind of ramen noodles used for the differing flavours. Prawns are fresh and juicy while meat are succulent and tender. Portions served up are reasonably generous too. Best of all, I really enjoyed the side dishes! Remember to check out which my favourite Korean BBQ restaurant is tomorrow, I've saved the best for the last πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

It is a deconstructed banana choco panna cotta and arrives amazingly presented in a cute glass cup fogged up with dry ice. The layer of banoffee ice cream is wickedly sweet, topped with chocolate powder. The cookies gave the entire dessert a good crunchy texture. Wicked also has playful desserts such as the β€œBTS” (150 baht) which they claim is Better Than Sex! It’s actually chocolate pastry cream so expect a chocolatey rich dessert, which leads to an after effect of sugar rush. The names for their desserts are gimmicky and girls would definitely go for the β€œFirst Kiss” (160 baht) – greek yogurt panna cotta with a sauce made with orange and raspberry so expect it to be tangy, if not, too sour. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

The former contains cherry mousse, cherry compote and chocolate ganache while the latter is similar, just that it is pear and blackcurrent flavoured. Both desserts are full of creamy richness. According to the server, every piece of cake are made from premium quality ingredients sourced from different parts of the world such as vanilla from Madagascar, chocolate from Tahiti and rose syrup from Bulgaria. The team behind Patisserie Rosie really goes all out to ensure that their desserts are fresh, special and of good quality, bravo!Β πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

This wonderful creation is made with strawberry short cake, amaretto cream, strawberry ice cream, walnut crumbles and rainbow cotton candy. Someone bring me back to BKK πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Dango is a Japanese dumpling and sweet made from Mochiko (rice flour) and is often served with green tea. It is eaten all year round by the Japanese, with different varieties traditionally eaten during different seasons. Three to four Dango are often served on a skewer. Being fans of green tea desserts, Tealily definitely met my expectations! Although its location isn’t very accessible, I'd still brave the heat just to return to this cafΓ© for their premium Kyoto green tea desserts πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

The Ring!!! πŸ’ The Ring Original (280 baht) is Vanilla’s signature croissant doughnut, floating in vanilla custard sauce, topped with home-made ice cream and glass caramel and sprinkled with crunchy macadamia nuts. Putting a sweet end to my day πŸ˜‹πŸ˜
