Seafood Roll Ordered seafood roll (1/2 crab 1/2 lobster)with two flavours, Maine-style and SG Chilli Crab. Maine-style felt a little bland, did not have a very strong taste, however, there were decent chunks of lobster, a good mix of both crab and lobster. Chilli crab flavour was good, but lacked the lobster bits, only had one small piece of lobster. The bun was super buttery and crispy on the sides yet soft, super good. Truffle-Parm-Garlic fries was decent, strong flavour but wasnt hot nor crispy, definitely not worth $9. Overall worth it, the bun made up all the faults

Fresh 🦞 Snack Love it for its quality and sweetness of the seafood! The shop was pretty empty and i really encourage more people to go because the food is really worth it. Worth the price with the quality ingredient and definitely better than 'chunky lobster' which serves frozen lobsters

Worth it with Burpple Beyond, otherwise go elsewhere for your lobster roll fix I’m struggling with this cause with the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deal this seafood roll’s definitely among the cheapest around; yet I can’t say it’s the most satisfying, or that I’d ever be willing to pay the full non-discounted price. Starting on a positive note, their Boston rolls are pretty fluffy and well-toasted so that’s a big hurrah, however I have to say they aren’t buttered well enough. If they look fabulously golden here...I’m sorry it’s just my photo edits. The rolls were also exceedingly thick, which means I’m really getting more bread than seafood in each bite — not the most ideal, but acceptable for its price point. As for the seafood: I’m glad there were actually discernible lobster claws in there, albeit small ones and pretty fresh as well, though the mushy shredded crab left much to be desired. What was most disappointing was the sauce. I picked the Maine sauce for this, which should remind you of the fresh tasting citrusy, mayo-y, light kinda dressing that really highlights the produce. Idk if they wrote “sauté” on the menu as a mistake, but it did seem that they cooked the seafood with the sauce, which resulted in a really heavy tasting filling and tough lobster meat. At $23 ie $11.50 with the 1-for-1 it was ok, cheap and yes fresh; but I’d never pay the full price for it.

Four Season Cheese Tea ($4.50) Unlike most tea shops, customizations of sweetness and ice is unavailable here. Ordered the four season cheese tea. Tea tasted similar to those chinese tea served at chinese restaurant but sweetened just to my liking. Cheese foam on the other hand was....... not within my expectation. Honestly it tasted like sweetened dough mixture, without a hint of any cheese taste. (Imagine the taste of flour, water and sugar mix together and drinking it. Really bad.) My friend totally agreed with me. Drinking the tea on it's own was fine but when mixed together it just tasted like drinking sweetened raw dough mixture. Truly not to my liking and also a waste of my money as I only drank a few sip. Luckily I used the burpple 1-for-1 so the damage wasn't that bad. Also staff should be more knowledgeable about the drinks offered. Here's a small dialogue of what happened. Me: Erm, what is this four season tea? Employee: It's a type of tea. Me: .......(Anything else that I don't know?) Luckily another employee replied that it was a type of green tea. Anyway I ordered it as it was an item recommended on the menu. Afterwards..... regrets T.T Maybe next time I'll stick to normal milk tea? IF there's a next time for here. Overall take my advice and skip the cheese tea.

Mixed Fruit Tea 招牌水果茶 [$5.90] Chunks of watermelon, slices of oranges, kiwi and passion fruit all in one cup! There’s no customization for the sugar level but it was kept just about right, with hints of fruity fragrance. Would have liked more distinct tea notes though. Also thought it was a pretty slim cup for this price (perhaps could cut down a little on the watermelon) even though there wasn’t as much ice. Thank you @graviteasg & @kenpgl @singaporefoodlisting for the invite! ✨

Tea-Infused Snow Skin Mooncakes Mid-autumn Festival is round the corner, and having some mooncakes is part of the festive custom for this special occasion. This year, my money goes to Crowne Plaza Hotel’s snowskin mooncakes (S$59.50). Personally, I think that snowskin mooncakes have more room for creativity than the traditional baked mooncakes, and Crowne Plaza Hotel has actually managed to incorporate tea recipes into them. Among the four flavours in the assortment, the Matcha Adzuki is perhaps the most common around, with the perfect Matcha and red bean duo in action. The Chrysanthemum Wintermelon flavour is a little too heavy on the wintermelon candy taste. Their Red Date Wolfberry mooncake is my favourite in this box, with distinct notes of red date tea and a touch of wolfberries. Last but not the least, the Earl Grey with Pearl flavour is like a tribute to bubble tea lovers, but it is somehow too off to be considered as an authentic flavour. Each purchase also comes along with a S$20.00 voucher, redeemable at Lobby Lounge or Bar ‘75. It just added more happiness to make this box of mooncakes worth having.

Wagyu Beef Burger ($28) Substantial portion but it’s an average burger at best. Was expecting a bit more for this (was hoping for a homemade patty), but with a 1-for-1 #BurppleBeyond deal, guess you can’t complain much. It’s a nice spot to chill at the airport away from the crowds.

Hainanese Chicken Rice ($28) We ordered this so we can match the burger price for the 1-for-1 deal, but won’t really recommend it (at least not the roasted version as it is a tad dry). The portion was very generous though, and the service was attentive. The space is rather intimate, so it’s good for quiet date nights right within the airport compound.
