Struck a deep impression in me as we're used to the strong cheesy creaminess in Carbonaras but this was surprisingly mild! Good point about this is it'll not leave you feeling sick due the richness of sauce.

Crispy prata, topped with turkey ham, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Yep eggs ben prata! Friends felt the sauce was a little odd, but I was okay with it. Interesting, I guess but we'll just stick to ordering the ultimate murtabak!!!!!

Anyway, mad love the flavours of these nitrogen ice cream, especially the Mango Sticky Rice, Red Ruby & Chendol. 😛

Prata is the quintessential trans-boundary food that is loved by many from different countries. It can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even supper. In recent times, many prata houses have started experimenting with the ingredients that go into a plain prata by adding things like cheese, chocolate and many others. In my opinion, Springleaf Prata Place has got to be one of the more successful ones. Their Portobello Mozzarella Prata ($5) is so good that it's like an Asian "pizza". What's more, they have specific curries to go with the type of prata you ordered - a sign of quality and attention to details. Have I made you hungry yet?

Handmade, fresh pappardelle pasta served with slow-braised lamb shoulder ragout simmered with porcini mushrooms, and shaved with pecorino cheese

Tomato based pizza, mozarella and parmesan cheeses topped with ham, bacon, mushroom and runny egg yolk in the middle. Nice!

Everton Creamery, the newest entry in the buzzy Everton Park neighbourhood, serves a variety of gelatos to help you beat the ever-present Singapore heat. The more popular flavours include Banana Walnut, Mango Pineapple and Nocciolone (Hazelnut), but we say go for their Matcha — which uses pumpkin seeds for a truly unique crunch factor — or their unbelievably nutty Pistachio.

The illusive pistachio and Pandan lava cake which I had to endure a whole night of mediocre food tasting to get to. Was it worth the wait? Apparently not. Mine came raw with dense collapsed innards and flanked by a scoop of pandan ice cream that melted way too easily. Pistachios added a nice floral balance to the dish but we're an unnecessary cost addition given that most palates did not pick it up.

Start with an appetizer such as soup along with small side dishes(salmon skin etc). The main menu,Shiok Maki, shall be shared to avoid the overshiokness

The soup is really really savoury. Try to match it with other dishes which are not creamy to balance the taste. Put the bee hoon bit by bit
