Ah Wei Jing Dian (Yuhua Market & Hawker Centre)

Honestly what did you expect is gonna happen if you put their sweet meat filling in their MSG laden soup? It's damn good ofc

One of the best Chinese style I've had, I'm lucky to be staying right beside.

The soup was full of msg but rlly flavourful, I'd say its worth it. Tender meat and their noodles were fine too. Meat portion was kinda generous and there's lettuce which u don't usually see.

Get if you're in the area

The pork strips were coated w flour so it was quite tender, and the pickled mustard was good too. The ratio of the two was abit off but it's still delicious, though the ingredients could have been more generous. The soup was full of msg and wtv tho, I got thirsty immediately

Not very good at all, quite tasteless. The leek smell is strong but there wasn't much leek flavour

The gravy was quite watery, u can taste a bit of the peanut. Meat was quite meagre. Quite spicy though

I might like it dabaoed better, the sauce is less viscous here and thus doesnt coat the slippery wantons as well. Otherwise it's still absolutely delicious, the chili packs a real punch despite the look, and don't customise anything please(I asked for extra spring onions and the bite ruined the balance)
